This Privacy Policy explains how the developer publishing Fruit Town Pop on Google Play ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Fruit Town Pop mobile game (the "Game").
1. Information stored by the Game
The Game creates and stores gameplay information on your device, including:
- A randomly generated guest player identifier.
- Unlocked and completed levels, stars, scores, and current level.
- Coins, gems, boosters, daily rewards, pass progress, and ad-earned rewards.
- Music, sound, reduced-motion, and other gameplay preferences.
- Records used to prevent the same rewarded-ad reward from being granted twice.
This information is stored through browser-style local storage inside the Game and, in the Android app, may also be mirrored to private app storage. It is not sent to a Fruit Town Pop account server because the current Game does not operate a remote account database.
2. Backup and restore
The Game can generate a backup code containing your saved progress. The code is created on your device. We do not receive it unless you choose to send it to us. Anyone who obtains the code may be able to restore the included progress, so keep it private. Android or Google device-backup services may also back up app data according to your device and Google account settings.
3. Advertising and third-party data
Fruit Town Pop uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at natural breaks. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data. The exact data used can depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, and whether an ad is personalized or non-personalized.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Google's partner-site information. You can also manage advertising choices through your Android and Google account settings.
4. Permissions
The Android app requests internet and network-state access so it can load ads and determine whether a network connection is available. It does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access.
5. Purchases
The current version does not use Google Play Billing and does not collect payment-card or billing information. Shop items are obtained with in-game currency or confirmed rewarded-ad completions. If paid products are added later, this policy will be updated before they are offered.
6. How information is used
Locally stored gameplay information is used to:
- Save and restore your progress and preferences.
- Operate levels, rewards, boosters, and the in-game economy.
- Prevent duplicate rewards and support basic game reliability.
Advertising data is handled by Google and its partners to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
Game progress remains on your device until you reset the guest save, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the Game. A device backup may retain a copy under your Google backup settings. Retention of advertising data is controlled by Google and the relevant advertising partners.
8. Children
Fruit Town Pop is family-friendly, but it is not designed to collect names, email addresses, or other direct contact details from children. If you are below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country, use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact the Developer regarding a child's data.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a casual mobile game, including Android private app storage and encrypted network connections for third-party services. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
You can reset local progress in Settings, clear app storage, uninstall the Game, adjust Google ad settings, or change device backup settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated in the Game or on its store listing.
