Terms and Conditions

The Game is provided by the developer identified in the Developer contact section of Fruit Town Pop's Google Play Store listing ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on compatible devices for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the Game, its code, characters, artwork, music, brands, or other content.

Game progress is primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping any backup code secure and for maintaining device backups. We cannot guarantee recovery of progress lost through uninstalling, clearing app data, device failure, corrupted storage, or loss of a backup code.

Coins, gems, boosters, stars, passes, rewards, and other virtual items exist only within the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or property, and are not transferable. We may balance, limit, replace, or discontinue virtual items when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the Game.

The Game may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated reward only after the advertising service confirms completion. Closing an ad early, losing connectivity, or an unavailable ad may result in no reward. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Interstitial ads may appear only at natural gameplay breaks.

The current version does not offer real-money purchases. Items displayed in the shop are obtained using in-game currency or rewarded ads. If real-money purchases are introduced, additional purchase terms and Google Play payment rules will apply before a purchase is made.

You must not:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or manipulate rewards or saved data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or create unauthorized versions of the Game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with the Game, advertising services, security features, or another player's use.
• Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial purposes.

The Game relies on services supplied by third parties, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Android WebView, and device backup services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Game. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or continued access. We do not guarantee that the Game, a particular level, or an advertising reward will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from all defects. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Game, including lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the Game during the twelve months before the claim; for the current free version, that amount is zero. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Game.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Developer, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes should first be raised with the Developer in good faith.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Game, third-party services, or law. The effective date will be updated. Continuing to use the Game after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
